What is your
return policy?
Answer: All sales are final unless the
item has been damaged during shipping. If an item arrives to you damaged, we
will replace the item immediately. If the item is no longer in stock we will
issue a 100% refund (shipping charges not included) once the item has been
returned to us. To return a damaged item you must have a RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization). The item must be returned in its original
packaging. When returning a damaged item please contact us via email within
7–10 days of receipt of the item. Sales tax charges, which are applied to
British Columbia orders, will be refunded and the GST charges which are
applied to all other Canadian orders will also be refunded in the event an
item arrives to you damaged. Please email us with any questions that you may
have regarding our return policy.
Outside of North America: For International customers, we will only replace items which have been
damaged while being shipped Air Mail (our recommended method). Items which
have been shipped by ground internationally and subsequently damaged will not
be considered for a refund.
At all All Movie Replicas you can rest assured that if you receive an item
that has been damaged during shipping, you will either receive a new item, or
a 100% refund (shipping charges not included).
How long does it
take for your products to ship?
Answer:
All of the product pages on this website include an average shipping time for
that particular product written below the product’s description. However, at
times, preordered items can be subject to delays, since most of our products
are handmade. In the event that a product will in fact take longer to ship
than what had been stated on the product page, we will promptly notify you.
Packages that are refused at the time of arrival are subject to a 20%
re-stocking fee
Please Note: "Average shipping time" does
NOT include weekends and holidays. All "average shipping times" are business
days only. The shipping dates for preorder items are
subject to change without notice.
Note: Please make sure that you enter the
CORRECT shipping address with your order. If a package is returned due
to wrong address being entered, you (the customer) will have to pay to have
the parcel reshipped.

What
shipping methods do you offer?
Answer: For very small items up to
4.42lbs. we offer the option to ship Canada Post Small Packet Air
International (US or other International customers). For items up to 7lbs. you
can choose to ship them Canada Express Post Air International (US or other
International customers) or National (for Canadian customers). For items 7lbs.
and up, which are considered over sized, you can choose either FedEx ground
International (US only), or FedEx ground National (Canadian residents only).
International customers (other than US) must choose the Canada Express Post
Air International for products 7lbs. and up (over sized).
Do you ship
Internationally?
Answer:
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. While we're happy to ship to most
international locations, we do declare the full purchase (not including
shipping) and we also mark the items purchased as: "merchandise" on the
customs declaration form. All Movie Replicas is not responsible for any
taxes, tariffs, or delays incurred by the customs system in your country.
Important: Shipping costs are based on dimensional weight, location and shipping service chosen.
We reserve the right to increase shipping costs for orders that require
multiple shipments, with excessive weight, are considered "oversized," or are
being sent to remote areas where shipping rates are higher than normal.
Do you ship to
P.O. Boxes? Answer: We
only ship to physical addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We currently accept PayPal,
Money orders and Credit Cards. Money Orders should be made out to All
Movie Replicas. Orders paid for by Money Orders will be processed as soon as
the money order has cleared and the product will then be shipped within the
time specified on the product page.
Money Orders and Business Cheques must be received within 7 business days
or your orders will be cancelled.
Do you charge
sales tax?
Answer: British Columbia residents will
be charged 7.0% PST & 5.0% GST for all orders placed, and all other Canadian
residents will be charged 5.0% GST for all orders placed.
When will I
receive my order?
Answer: Items that are in stock will be
shipped according to the times stated on the product description page.
Pre-ordered items can take p to six months to arrive in stock and ship out to
you. See product description for release date information. Release dates are
set by the manufacturer and are subject to change. If any such changes occur
we will notify you promptly.

Why should I
pre-order?
Answer: Pre-ordering usually guarantees
that you will receive the items in your order as soon as they are released.
Because many of the items that we sell are limited, sell outs usually occur
before the item is released, pre-ordering secures your item in case of a
sell-out. Also to consider, the price of collectibles may also increase after
release, pre-ordering will guarantee that you get a better price. If for any
reason we do not receive all of the products ordered, which can result in
result in you not receiving your order, then your order will be cancelled, and
we will notify you.
Can I cancel an
order?
Answer: Orders may only be cancelled
while your order status is "queued." Once your order has been "Processed,"
it cannot be cancelled, unless we cannot provide the item. Most
orders are processed within 12-24 hours of being placed.
How
are multiple shipments handled?
Answer: Products are shipped according
to average time outlined in the “product description”; pre-orders do not ship
until they arrive. Pre-orders cannot be held until all of the items in your
order arrive in stock, this may result in you incurring additional shipping
charges. However, this allows you to receive your products in the quickest
possible manner.
What
currency do you sell in? Answer:
We sell in U.S. dollars. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
What if an item, description, price or other content on the web site is
inaccurate? Answer: We
attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product
descriptions, prices, photographs or other content of this site is accurate,
complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We are not responsible for
typographical errors, manufacturer delays in delivery or changes to products.
All product descriptions, variations, prices and ship dates are subject to
change and availability without notice.
Am I guaranteed to get an item in the promised shipping period or availability
date? Answer: No. All
Movie Replicas does not manufacture products. We rely on other companies to
supply our merchandise. Because of this, All Movie Replicas is not responsible
for manufacturer delays in delivery, manufacturer shortages in delivery,
manufacturer non-delivery of product, manufacturer changes, manufacturer
modifications or manufacturer cancellations. Furthermore, a manufacturer most
likely will not notify All Movie Replicas of these situations. Because of
this, we have no way to notify our customers of these situations and
therefore, we can not implement any type of product ship date or availability
guarantee to our customers. In the event that All Movie Replicas cannot
provide an item due to manufacturer cancellations or we did not receive our
full allotment for a particular item, then All Movie Replicas will do its best
to find another source for the item. In the event that we cannot get the item
from another source, we reserve the right to issue a full refund.
Note: Our home theater seating, cinema signs, poster frames
and Lord of the Rings Jewelry are Special Order products. Manufacturing of these
items can sometimes involve unforeseen delays. Under no circumstances
can we cancel or refund these items once the orders have been placed with the
manufacturer. Special Order items cannot
be cancelled or refunded a these items are specifically customized to meet the
needs of a particular customer.
Is your web site
Secure? Answer:
Yes. We use the Verified by GeoTrust Secured Socket Layer (SSL)
which encrypts data from the Internet to our location. If your web browser
handles the SSL protocol, your credit card is as safe as the Internet
currently handles.
Can I return an order?
Answer:
We value your business at All Movie Replicas.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return the item (you must
pay the shipping back). The purchase must be returned within 3 days of the
order arriving at your location. All merchandise must be in the original,
unopened package and in the resalable condition (the condition in which it
was received). Shipping charges are not refundable.
Note:
Jewelry, clothing and hats cannot be returned for a refund.
Damaged items:
All items are inspected prior to shipping most items (with the exception of
polystone and resin statues and figures and porcelain) are shipped insured.
Please save your packaging and contact us. Please provide images of: the
outer packaging and the damaged product (far away and close-up images-in
focus and under good lighting conditions).
Note: We
do not consider an item damaged if the box is not in perfect condition, but
he item, itself is fine. We sometimes receive shipments from distributors
and manufacturers, that have been packed with little of no protection
resulting in dents and minor imperfections in the packaging. At All Movie
Replicas, we always package your order to prevent damages during shipping.
However, a damaged box does not mean that the product (your order) is
damaged.
