thriller, Renaissance. This highly detailed statue measures slightly
under 14 1/4-inches tall and is limited to only 555 pieces worldwide. The statue
features Karas in a white hooded trenchcoat, which covers his face slightly.
Karas is dressed in jeans and a plain t-shirt while holding a gun.
Synopsis:
Depicting a very different monochromatic Paris than in ANGEL-A, this stunning
directorial début, futuristic noir animation is like a black & white comic come
to life. 7 years in the making, it was animated using the latest stopmotion
technology, after capturing movements of actual actors. Paris, 2054, a brilliant
young scientist is kidnapped. Her research into the prevention of aging has made
her employers (the megalithic multinational corporation Avalon) rich and
powerful. They want her found and turn to controversial hostage retrieval
specialist Bartholomew Karas.
