Superior popcorn starts with the seasoning. Our butter flavoured seasoning salt is made using the Alberger process which results in a salt that is low in sodium and high in flavour per volume. The process creates a three dimensional flake that is so light that it sticks to the popcorn, while normal table salt tends to fall off.
