Laura Dern returns for Jurassic Park 4. Read on:

Laura Dern played one of the original Jurassic Park’s main characters, but missed out on the second adventure and had only a minor appearance in Jurassic Park III. She may, however, be one of the key stars returning for the fourth tale in the series.

According to Collider.com, Dern revealed she had spoken with producer Steven Spielberg over the phone and was being asked to join the cast for Jurassic Park IV.”I’m told it’s happening and I’m told they’re calling me,” said the actress. “I’m told that Ellie Sattler [Dern's character in the series] is involved in it.”

Synopsis:

Another Wallace and Gromit movie from oscar winner Nick Park. Read on:

After their relationship with DreamWorks went down the toilet following last year’s release of Flushed Away, Wallace & Gromit creators Aardman Animations began looking for a new Hollywood deal. Now, the award-winning UK-based animation studio is linking up with Sony Pictures.

According to industry insider mag Variety, Aardman and Sony have yet to decide on their first project, but Aardman has several scripts already in advanced development. One of the new films is, reportedly, another Wallace and Gromit project from Oscar-winner Nick Park.

Synopsis:
Annie Braddock (Scarlett Johansson) isn’t sure what she wants to be when she grows up but with college behind her, she’s got to set herself on a path. She isn’t ready for the corner office in the financial district, and her mother (Donna Murphy) doesn’t understand. Aimlessly trying to find her way, Annie bumps into Mrs. X (Laura Linney), an ultra-wealthy high society lady and is offered the job as nanny to the X’s son Grayer (Nicholas Reese Art).

Thinking she has found a temporary respite from the career rat race, Annie accepts. Her best friend Lynette (Alicia Keys) thinks she’s crazy as she watches Annie jump into her new job with hope and enthusiasm. Annie quickly discovers why Mary Poppins never landed in Manhattan. Grayer is all but invisible to his parents. His mother is busy chairing benefits and shopping and Mr. X (Paul Giamatti) is an angry workaholic who finds any and every excuse to be away from home.

All alone, Annie must give Grayer the nurturing he needs so desperately. Although she knows she must get away from the X’s for her own sanity and survival, she falls in love with Grayer and cannot find it in her heart to abandon him.
