Synopsis: Anthony Hopkins plays Alfred Hitchcock in the upcoming self-titled biographical drama, Hitchcock. The movie is essentially a romance as it focuses on the relationship between the director and his wife Alma Reville during the making of the horror movie, Psycho. Hitchcock’s motivation for the horror was the Wisconsin murderer Ed Gein, who was the inspiration for the Norman Bates character.
