This officially licensed Luke Skywalker replica fx lightsaber is the design version that was used in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. Although this lightsaber features durable die-cast metal parts, it is not a toy. The blade glows bright green when turned on and it ignites with realistic power-up and power-down light effects. The authentic lightsaber sound effects have been digitally recorded from the movie with four motion sensor controlled sounds: power-up, idle hum, clash & power-down. The blade is very sturdy and is permanently attached to the hilt. The Luke Skywalker lightsaber includes a specially designed display base.
