This is the original regular style A version of the theatrical release poster for Candyman and it is rolled. The poster is unused and it is in mint condition. Although single-sided, this poster is printed on very thick, high quality paper with a glossy UV coating to prevent fading. A graduate student (Virginia Madsen) conducts research for her thesis on urban legends. While conducting interviews for her research, she becomes aware of  a prevailing legend about "a hook wielding phantom" called, Candyman. As the legend suggests, Candyman will appear if his name is called 5 times while looking in a mirror. Helen Lyle (Madsen) is intrigued by the Candyman legend because it contains all of the "thematic elements" similar to those in the most pervasive urban legends. Helen is about to enter a world from which she may never return.
